Shop orders
When you order a jacket, we collect your selected jacket style, fit, color, size, quantity, and any name, credentials, thread color, font, and placement you choose for personalization. Checkout also collects contact and shipping details. We use this information to process your order, prepare and confirm your design proof, arrange fulfillment, provide order support, and keep order and payment records.
Badge reel purchases use a separate Stripe checkout. Stripe collects the contact, shipping, and payment details needed for that order. Our website keeps the confirmed badge order and shipping details for fulfillment and support.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives the order details needed for checkout, receipts, and invoices, including selected personalization. Payment information entered in Stripe Checkout is handled by Stripe. Our website stores checkout and order records privately using its hosting and storage providers.
If you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram shop, the checkout link may include selected product IDs and quantities, a coupon, and referral or campaign identifiers. We use these to reconstruct your cart, apply eligible discounts, and record the order’s source. For badge reel checkout, referral identifiers are stored privately under a checkout reference passed to Stripe. While you customize a jacket cart, your browser tab saves a draft that can be restored for up to two hours after its last update, while that browser tab remains available. A confirmed completed jacket checkout clears its matching draft.

SPD Week scholarship applications
For the 2026 scholarship, we collect your name, email, location, employer, job title, certification goal, application responses, eligibility acknowledgements, and an application video recorded at work in scrubs, a redacted employee badge, and a redacted current paystub. Earlier applications may contain a work photo and written responses. Only your name, employer/payroll company, and pay date or period should remain visible on the paystub. Do not submit pay amounts, Social Security numbers, bank details, badge access codes, or patient information.
We use these materials to verify eligibility, review the scholarship application, contact applicants about their submission, and arrange the selected recipient’s enrollment. Verification uploads are stored privately and accessed through the website owner’s review page. Videos and documents are not published or used in marketing without separate permission. Optional permission to announce a recipient’s first name and last initial is separate and does not affect selection. Applying does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
We retain application and review records to administer the award. Verification uploads and application videos can be deleted after review using our private review controls. Unfinished video uploads expire after two hours and are removed during upload or admin-page maintenance. To request deletion or correction, contact admin@thesterileprocess.com. Technical service providers process application data to operate this website.
Information collected
Information may include name, contact details, program interest, education status, availability, readiness exam responses, scores, recommendations, payment status, and information voluntarily submitted through application or student support forms.
How information is used
Information is used to evaluate program fit, recommend the most appropriate study path, process application payments, communicate approval or follow-up decisions, provide enrollment instructions, support students, and maintain program records.
Study Hub Preview
When you unlock the preview, we save your first name, email, selected exam pathway, sample quiz score, activities explored, and interest in study plans. A free account with a confirmed email is required for the seven-day preview. Progress is linked to your account so you can resume when signed in. Creating an account does not purchase access or enroll you in a paid program. Study tips and promotional offers require the separate optional email opt-in. To request deletion, update your preferences, or opt out, contact admin@thesterileprocess.com.
